Rest, the name speaks for itself. In this luxury restaurant, leftovers are transformed into refined dishes, to fight against food waste. The cause is noble. No à la carte dishes, so you'll have to take a menu and let yourself be surprised. That is, if you can afford to eat leftovers. Because if the initiative is good, few people can afford to support it... It's still a place worth visiting, at least to get an idea of the talent of the capital's chefs, and to taste the originality of the local cuisine.
