Saad Yayah has made this place a real oasis of greenery, "far from the stress and eyes full of change of scenery" he announces! This hostel is composed of traditional houses made of dry earth, which you can reach by following beautiful stone paths lined with palm trees. The interior, as in all the houses of Mauritania, is furnished with mats, carpets and richly decorated cushions. Many activities are organized but you can also simply relax and admire the magnificent sunsets.

A little pricey for location but the quality is good. For breakfast, it has to be agreed apriori what you like, and then it is good quality.

un havre de paix à 10 mn d'Atar. Maisons traditionnelles individuelles très confortables, collaborateurs accueillants et aux petits soins. Pour moi, c'est de loin ce qui se fait de mieux à Atar et ses environs. Saad connait un monde fou de Ouadane en passant par Chinguetti, Tergit, Choum et ses monolithes...il peut arranger excursions à pied, à dos de chameaux, en Hilux, et même peut être en 2CV

Remarquable, un vrai paradis des maisons en.pierre seche traditionnelle disposé intelligemment dans un.jarfin ou chacun conserve son intimite. L accès à la auberge se fait d Atar par une route goudronnée et l auberge propose un parking sécurisé ( indispensable pour notre moto) dans l enceinte meme de l auberge. Il y a aussi un gardien 24/24. Petit déjeuner copieux sous les arbres diffusant leurs effluves et accompagnés du chants des oiseaux aucune pollution sonores. Un vrai paradis où nous nous sommes ressource. L auberge vous propose la demi pension pour le soir mais aussi des paniers pique nique tres bon que nous avons testé. Le patron Saad vous proposent et organise des excursions dans l Adrar et sur le banc d arguin que vous n oublierez jamais. Nous sommes enchanté de notre séjour à l auberge qui nous a servi de baser a notre découverte de l Adrar
