Address in the heart of the Banout tribe with 4 huts and a campground.
In the heart of the Banout(Banutr) tribe and a stone's throw from Fayaoué beach, Rachelle Kauma welcomes her guests in one of her four huts or on her campsite. The campers are particularly well taken care of with a kitchenette, a barbecue and a refrigerator. The sanitary facilities are shared and have hot water. Pierre Kauma is in charge of the sea trips. We advise you to book the sea trip at the same time as the nights in the gite. The place is ideal to admire the sunset on the beach nearby.

Caution! Here I don't want to assess this cottage but to inform about reservations: we had reserved two months before our stay for two nights at Didyce and an outing at sea with Pierre. We telephoned the day before to confirm, and Rachel told us that she had forgotten to note, and that there was no more space, and Pierre told us that he had noted, but that he did not leave this day!!!!! Fortunately, Rachel found us a place at Moague with Mouli, and we made a beautiful trip at sea hotel Amadeus Paradise of Ouvéa (not expensive elsewhere!). How I want to advise here, it is not too early to reserve, it is apparently needless, and especially to check at least a week before the arrival that booking holds!

The cottage typical, clean, well located near the lagoon. Rachelle made us an extra fish and its kindness is without limits. Pierre is an instructor for diving performing and very concerned about protection of nature in the island. You feel family here. We passed an excellent stay, in the simplicity and the authenticity of the tribes.

Nothing has to say about the cottage at dydyce
Very well located, face has the beach of Fayaoué
Casa very well arranged, with bed and box-spring beds (of luxury for a hut in New Caledonia), fridge and TV in pretty good the Repas hut and a warm welcome
Good address on Ouvéa, has recommended
