At the end of the trail, an old colonial house, renovated by a doctor and bought by the Northern Province, now houses the center and a craft workshop. Lapita pottery, discovered in the commune, was exhibited here for the first time. Two of them were discovered in 1995 in Foué, the historical cradle of Lapita identification.
