Not big but well kept, and interesting.
Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de lire toute l’histoire du fort, c’est dommage.
Le prix est raisonnable pour un tel travail !

Très belle vue depuis le sommet de la tour de garde.
It is also good for English speakers as they have information in English as well as French.
Un chemin constitué de panneaux explicatifs vous permet de comprendre ou d'apprendre cette période historique avec à chaque fois un résumé essentiel si l'on ne souhaite pas lire le panneau entier.
A l'extérieur du bagne qui est gratuit, une belle balade avec des bâtiments comme l'habitation du gouverneur, la boulangerie, la poste..
Je recommande vraiment cette sortie en famille
This place has been restructured really well, and it offers a lot of information about the early days of the French presence in New Caledonia.
Based on my experience, it is more informative than some of the local museums, and the view from the top of the tower is great.
On a negative note, the English translations are very filtered, and some panels were printed with the wrong resolution, making them hard to read.
Still, it is definitely worth it in my opinion.
