Restaurant with a friendly atmosphere where the menus are made with seasonal products.
Although Mamie Fogliani is no longer in charge, she is still a local celebrity. At an early age, she learned to run a house and to take care of the little ones. It is therefore a vocation for her to entertain well. Today, it is her daughter Ghislaine who manages the restaurant. The menus are elaborated according to the available seasonal products, and one finds there alternately salads of raw pumpkin tagliatelle, green papaya or chouchoute. Followed by chicken, venison or wild pig accompanied by traditional vegetables (taros, yam, kanak cabbage).

What a régam! Good atmosphere, good, very beautiful setting! A place worth being known!
Super setting, a warm welcome, specialities calédoniennes were really enjoy: cerf, papaya salad, yam, tarot, pamper, fresh fruit salad. Excellent. Really typical, you will eat on large tables. Menu with or without shellfish. Very reasonable prices.

Repas délicieux avec crabe et crevettes en entrée plat dessert + coca pour 3250 FR par personnes , même le dessert fut surprenant et original !
