Restaurant where you can discover Melanesian specialties such as the traditional bougna.

Marie-Georgette shares her passion for Melanesian cuisine in the Oua Tom tribe with, on the menu, bougna, shrimp and pig, to be enjoyed under her faré. Remember to book in advance, at least 48 hours for the traditional bougna. It is possible to camp on site if you wish (two cold water showers and two toilets).

Louis and Emma (✆ +687 98 68 01 and ✆ +687 41 12 86) can also guide you through the tribe for a digestive walk. Feel free to contact them a few days in advance to make sure they are available.
