This store, next to the post office, is a must for all chocolate lovers in Noumea. For more than ten years, Patrick Morand and Ludovic Pannier have been sharing their passion and making pastries, confectionery, macaroons, sorbets and ice creams, but they also sell more than 25 teas and herbal teas. A warm recommendation for the "dark reef" or the "Calaitdonia" (for milk chocolate lovers), to indulge yourself at any time. Our only regrets are the prices, a little high compared to the portions.
