If you want to immerse yourself in the heart of Lemon Bay and experience rustic accommodation, then look no further. A few steps to the beach where you can swim and snorkel. Close to curio shops and restaurants with a little corner shop for baguettes, ice cream, softdrinks, etc.
Airconditi9ned rooms, each one with its own charming decor. Easy checkin and checkout. Huge shower, comfortable bed, and kitchenette.
If you want a Hilton experience this is not for you. Marina is very rustic but still with the mod cons of free wifi and microwave.
Bus stop to the city a few steps away and Babar Cafe is a must for breakfast. Eggs, croissants, and delicious coffee all while taking in the ocean view.
Perfect location for every convenience to your holiday.
A revoir
Excellent location. Bus stop 20mtrs from hotel, Baie des Citrons is walking distance as well shopping centre. Kitchen needs tea towel and detergent. Otherwise every else ok. Never used the aircon as you always get a nice breeze. Electric shutters at night for security. Highly recommend for the price.
Studio très confortable et bien équipé, situation idéale dans une ruelle au calme tout en étant très proche de la plage et des restaurants de la baie des citrons.
Very much enjoyed my stay. Was given nice big sunny room on top floor with big window I could slide open and was secure because I'm not a fan of air conditioning although the room had one. Got a wonderful breeze through the room. Huge closet ! Nice bathroom, fabulous shower !Very comfortable quite soft bed if you like soft beds its great. Cute little kitchen with full size fridge! Everything I needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and even though it says cleaning every 7 days my room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff are so friendly and do a wonderful job. Internet was great. Location is fantastic! Price is excellent.
My only complaint would be that some linens, only the pillowslips and towels need replacing as they are too old and worn. Other than that everything was great. Would stay again.
Note: there are stairs only no elevator. Top floor would not be suitable if you are not very able.
Note: I see reviews saying doors open easily. It's just the design. I always lock my door with the key. 100% secure. Everyone traveling should do that anyway.
Note: the noise is not from bars, the ones close by are closed down it seems. It's just some road noise, dog barking a little, people walking by.
You get what you pay for and we went budget. The place itself is tired and old although we understand renovations are being done. The location is excellent and walking distance to cafes, dining and excellent beaches. The staff are very helpful, which helps make up for what's lacking in the room. It is quite noisy and guests aren't respectful of others.
After 2 nights on the first floor we asked if we could go to a room with a balcony as the one we were in was dark and very stuffy, also no towel rails to hang towels. This was done without any fuss and we were grateful to staff for obliging us. The new room was much brighter and with good air flow. 'The venue is very noisy as close to night clubs but its perfectly adequate for a comfy bed and hot shower.
