Departure is in the morning from Port-Moselle to spend the day at the Amedee Lighthouse. The package includes the excursion, the buffet meal with drinks, the tamouré dance animations, and the demonstrations to tie the pareo and to climb on the coconut tree. In the afternoon, you will be able to admire the fish with the glass bottom boat and a cruise along the coral reef. The more courageous can also go on a snorkeling tour or climb to the top of the lighthouse. Return at 4:30 pm in winter, 5 pm in summer. Superb!

L'île est magnifique bien qu'un peu abîmée par les derniers aléas climatique. On a fait le bateau à fond de verre et la balade botanique. Merci aux bénévoles pour leurs explications très intéressantes. Par contre quelle déception quand arrive l'heure du repas. L'apéro pas bon, on aurait dit un verre de grenadine, pas ou quasiment pas d'alcool dedans. En entrées : 4 choix et pas très bons. En plat : pareil. Du thon blanc, pas de viande à part une espèce d'effilochée de porc qui baigne dans une sauce barbecue immangeable, du riz blanc, des pâtes… Sachant le prix de la formule (12 900F soit plus de 100€), c'est vraiment du foutage de gueule ! Seuls les dessert étaient corrects : mousse au chocolat ou panacotta et un beau buffet de fruits frais. Bref, ça fait une vingtaine d'années que je viens tous les ans, et chaque année le buffet est de pire en pire et là, on a vraiment touché le fond. La prochaine fois je prends la navette et mon sandwich, ça me coutera moins cher et ce sera surement meilleur !

Visite bien organisée et bien rodée. Buffet copieux et boissons à volonté. Bateau à fond de verre hélas fond pauvre surtout un herbier avec la présence de tortues. Monté du phare comprise pour accès à 55 m et 247 marches, à faire de préférence le matin avec une vue à 360° sur toute l'île. Présence sympathique de tricots rayés craintifs donc ne pas avoir peur de les rencontrer.Il faut les laisser tranquille.

Le repas est aussi de bonne qualité avec punch en apéritif à volonté ...
les fond marin dans la zone de baignade ne sont pas au top mais dans l'herbier vous pouvez avec un peu de chance voir des tortues.

A busy day and very organised. Either you go there just the buffet and free time or take the excursions: glass-bottomed boat, boat on the coral reef.In both cases, activities are offered by a dynamic team. The beach is beautiful, clear the seabed and the many fish.Note, discounted first Wednesday of the month.
