Restaurant appreciated for its mastered menu, its food and wine tasting evening.
Coup de cœur. Here, we love gastronomy and we share it with our customers! Lætitia (in the dining room) and her husband (in the kitchen) have cut their teeth in some of France's finest establishments. At lunch, the menu is by the slate. In the evening, you can opt for a surprise starter/main course/dessert menu (to be ordered 24 hours in advance) during which the chef takes the helm. Not-to-be-missed food & wine tasting evenings, every last Thursday of the month. This is an opportunity to taste 6 dishes paired with the wines of a winemaker brought in for the occasion.

L'edzen est une adresse incroyable ! Chaque plat dénote l'amour du chef pour la cuisine et le dévouement du service pour que ce moment soit un paradis. Le cadre est très relaxant et les habitués reviennent très souvent ! Merci à l'équipe de l'edzen de nous offrir ces purs moments dégustatifs !

A small but fresh, a team friendly and attentive to detail! The Caesar salad is excellent just like the Edzen hamburger! Remember to book because there is often world!

Sans doute le meilleur rapport qualité/originalité/prix de Nouméa. Le cadre est quelconque mais la cuisine vaut le détour. Le choix est restreint mais c'est un gage de fraîcheur er de qualité des produits. Les (grandes) assiettes sont suffisamment copieuses avec beaucoup de saveurs différentes à tester.
