Address with an excellent quality-price ratio where customers compose their own salads.
It is an ideal address for a lunch on the go! Cédric offers his customers to compose their own salads, with fresh and varied products that allow them to eat in a balanced way. Recipe idea: green salad, sweet potato, grated papaya, tomato and cucumber. Paninis, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, cookies, muffins, cupcakes and more complete the menu. Everything is available to take away, at an excellent quality/price ratio, but we recommend settling down on their terrace for a gourmet break. We recommend the vegetarian falafels.

It is not a restaurant but a salad bar, without seat (a shame) the ingredients are fresh and you can choose C brilliant, all on noumea: -). Cédric really managed to advise me. Lunches twice.
Very nice the products are super fresh, the welcome is friendly, only downside around noon there are many people, but waiting remains very reasonable. the view and power to choose from a wide range of products, it is better than SUNBAY, French mêmestyle.
I believe the only place express restaurant nouméa or I could not restore with fresh ingredients and very good welcome is super nice. (lunched 4 times in 10 days)
