The original pagoda seems to be in Mandalay. However, it is very nice to visit this one, just as beautiful, with a little less tourists as a bonus. Nicknamed the Diamond Pagoda, it is the largest holy place of Mawlamyine. Here, women cannot get close to the main statue, which looks very much like the one in Mandalay. Also nestled on a hill, we will take the opportunity to appreciate the beautiful panorama that the place offers on the hills. To better understand the nooks and crannies, don't hesitate to call a guide.
