Certified organic in 2013 and Demeter in 2020, this 18-hectare estate, founded in the 1970s, reinvents itself every day. Today, orchestrated by Thomas and Sylvie, it produces racy wines in six ranges: L'Estival (macerated, easy-drinking Pinot Gris), Oberstupf (terroir Pinot Noir), Vendanges Tardives, creations such as the natural Argentoratorum, special "Perles Rares" cuvées in tribute to their three children, and elegant Crémants (Brut, Chardonnay, Rosé). A sensory interlude where tradition, innovation and terroir come together in perfect harmony.
