On the main street of New Bagan, there is a very nice youth hostel. It is here that the youth of course, but not only, meets in the evening for a small beer. The atmosphere is relaxed, very international and friendly. If you miss socializing in the evenings, this is the place to be. Almost every evening, there is an entertainment programme organised by the hostel, which you are more than welcome to join in with. Bingos, trivials, concerts, film evenings or initiations to traditional Burmese dance. Beautiful evening!
