Charming, peaceful and green small town, crossed by the Ayeyarwady River, Bhamo is connected by river with Mandalay and Myitkyina. Wooden bridges and dense vegetation decorate this large village in the best way. In Bhamo, there is a small daily market which enlivens the morning life. Among its stalls are mainly kachin and shan products. As usual, the market is a colorful stopover with a thousand scents and flavors.
