SKY BAR DU SHWE INGYINN

At the Sky bar of Shwe Ingyinn, you are at the top of the eponymous hotel in the centre of Mandalay. And from here you have a 360° view of the whole city. You come here to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, away from the incessant traffic and the wide avenues, you come here to gain height, time to sip a cocktail or two. The drinks are more than fair for this kind of place, a little more stuffy than elsewhere. It's one of the only rooftop bars in the neighborhood, if not in the city. If you feel like it, the hotel also has a restaurant.
