GOLDEN SHAN

The Golden Shan is above all long tables on which we all sit together. And at the back of the room a large buffet of shan and noodles, all at will. A formula that regularly attracts the local guides that you may come across. The staff is adorable and will be happy to explain each of the dishes to you, in approximate English, but the effort is a pleasure to see. Most importantly, and most importantly: it's very good! Ideal for a quick lunch between two visits to the west of the city.
