Good Chinese cuisine, very cheap. To cool off during hot times, nothing like a cool salad. The mustard pig is also worth a detour: pure delight.

Large restaurant run by a Chinese family or merge Burmese and tourists around a dish or a beer. Much strong alcohol the evening... camouflaged in the tankards. Some local patrons come to forget their misfortune.
At the end of the evening, you can easily ask (while paying) that the depths of the pots be packed in a sachet which offer beggars (many children, unfortunately) who watch for tourists on the pavement.
These beggars deserve all our benevolence are cool with them! (They will really have pleasure if you have to eat and chat a little with them; -)
