Opened a few years ago and managed directly by the local community of Inle Lake, the Inn Thar, which means son of the lake, will take you to visit different parts of the lake by boat, for unbeatable prices. Installed on these long canoes at the water's edge, you can go from village to village, from temple to temple, from floating garden to floating garden.
