GARE ROUTIÈRE NORD – LAK CHET

The Lak Chet bus station is located in the north of the city and serves communities throughout the province. Local buses to Savannakhet, Thakhek and Vientiane. Departure every hour between 7am and 2pm.

To Savannakhet. Count 40,000 kips, 5 hours travel time.

To Thakhek. Count 60 000 kips, 9 hours of travel time.

Towards Vientiane. Count 120 000 kips and 16 hours of travel time. Departure every half hour between 6:30am and 4pm approximately (ordinary buses, therefore slow).
