UXO INFORMATION CENTRE

A visit not to be missed in order to understand the extent of the bombings that Laos suffered during the secret war. During this conflict, the American army dropped more than 260 million cluster bombs on Laos; a bombing every 40 minutes, day and night, for 9 years! Of all the bombs dropped, 30% were UXO, munitions that did not explode on impact. The locals call them bombies.
