To the south of the city, this Buddhist temple is worth a visit for its original mural paintings. They depict scenes of torture, including a beheading, a naked man climbing a tree full of spikes, and dozens of men and women boiling in a giant pot, subject to divine judgment with Buddha watching over them. If it is not worth the trip alone, this vat is a curiosity to see if you are in town.
