It's impossible not to see this gigantic, gilded, gleaming building, a typical example of modern Laotian architecture. Its construction was financed by the Chinese government, which explains the presence of the flag of the People's Republic of China alongside the Laotian national flag. On the program: cultural events, exhibitions, dance and theater performances, political meetings... But it's not easy to keep up to date with the program.
