Although the name makes you think that the hotel is run by Chinese people, it is not so, since it is in fact run by Togolese people. It is located in a quiet area away from the city center, reached by a dirt track along the railroad. The interior is dark and the hotel generally lacks outside light, but the rooms are cool and decent. The hotel now has a conference room and a restaurant that offers basic but hearty dishes. Correct reception.
