ECO SPIRULINA FARM

This unique farm in the region welcomes travelers curious to understand the production and benefits of spirulina. It is possible to sleep on site in one of the two basic rooms to witness the early morning harvest of these spiral green algae. They are then pressed to the maximum to get out all the water before being put in the dryer for five to six hours and reduced to powder. Finally, you can taste the spirulina in a homemade pineapple juice and feel all the benefits of these two natural elements.
