One of Lomé's most emblematic addresses. The hotel is strategically located on the shores of the Bê lagoon, close to Lomé airport and ten minutes from the city center. The poolside restaurant, under a large straw hut, and the Napo Beach bar, make this a convivial place that can be festive, especially when the owner, Gaston Napoléon, sets the tempo! The rooms are clean, screened and wooded. A charming place to stay. A shuttle service can be arranged between the hotel and the airport.

The bar & restaurant area is also relaxing, pretty and shady which takes the heat too, and the food is Excellent! There' s.a wide variety of choice on the menu from Western to African cuisine and during my 2 months I tried everything! I was not disappointed once. Receive You can also WI-FI At the bar and reception areas, although if many people are using it can Be slow fox trot - but it is Africa!
Not only is the excellent food but so is the service, all the staff are very friendly, polite and unpretentious. Siempre felt welcome by them, and as I have woman traveling one my own that makes a very big difference. My privacy was always respected, especially in terms of room cleaning (which was very different from any other hotel I' 5th cable-stayed in Africa).
With special mention needs to Be butt the Managers Lionel and Liselle - they were exceptionally welcoming. They always took time to get to know each guest has little and socializes has little custom in the evenings. They were so helpful in assisting me born that I had while in Togo that I think my trip would have been a lot harder without them.
Very I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lomé - especially if you are staying for more than a few days, it really feel like home with all the benefits of a large hotel. I have been traveling for work for over 10 years and is in Hotel Napoléon Lagune my top 3 hotels! (The other two are 5 star!).
Thank you for everything! I will Be back!
