This 4-star should not disappoint you for the multitude of services offered and its barracks from the single room to the royal suite. Lounge bar and restaurant within the hotel. It is also very close to the central station, 500 m away, and close to the historic centre, 300 m away, and the main motorway routes.

Kein Hotel, dass ich ein zweites Mal buchen würde. Ausstattung und Fenster sind alt. Wegen der alten Fenster ist es laut. Vorhänge sind nicht dunkel. Das einzig gute ist das Frühstück.

Sollten wir jemals wieder nach Erlangen reisen werden wir dieses Hotel nochmal buchen. Der Salat und die Pinsa im Bistro sind Weltklasse. Seit langem nichts mehr so Gutes gegessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überwältigend. Die Zimmer sind top. Leider kann man nicht mehr Sterne vergeben.

Entgegen der schlechten Rezensionen auf Google fanden wir das Hotel total ok. Alle sind nett und die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Schade das die Kissen so fürchterlich waren,und das Restaurant geschlossen aber das waren auch die einzigen Minuspunkte. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Dieses Hotel ist überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Die 4 Sterne sind einfach nicht verdient. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist äußerst unfreundlich und komplett überfordert. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und nicht so übel, jedoch bedarf es einigen Verbesserungen. Dem Personal ist alles egal. Beschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen. Hier fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Beim unserem Aufenthalt läuft alles schief und keiner interessiert es.
