Sehr sauberes, rustikales Hotel.
Hier stimmt einfach alles.
The location is about 1km+ from the train station, a few public buses will bring you to sebastiankirche which will shorten the distance to around 500m.
Service:
The service here is 100% , extremely helpful and friendly people. They also provided us free guest cards that can be used for discounts around the area and also free public transport.
Room:
We opted for a double room with a balcony, it is an understatement that the room was the best accommodation we had stayed in our lives. The room itself was spacious and clean. Comes with a fridge and kettle (+1 pointd) The toilet was gigantic and clean as well.
The room we had was a corner room with a nice view of the mountains from the balcony and garmish from the balcony, but the feature that elevates this room was the skylight, it had a direct view of the Zugspitze and our minds were blown????????????????????????️
the only cons of this place would maybe be the location, as it is quite far from the gapa city centre, but in all honesty the city centre has nothing much to offer either.
We stayed there for 2 nights. Beautiful big room we had, very spacious and beautiful view. Parking is also available. Breakfast was very very good to be honest we were worried about it but nothing to worry. It was worth to have breakfast there. Only issue is for lunch and dinner. There is one hotel nearby which you have to do reservations before.
Had an amazing and comfortable stay! The service is very good with humble and friendly people. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. The location is slightly towards the inside. Have to walk around 600 to 700m to reach the main road. Loved my stay.
This hotel was really lovely. We stayed here for a few nights in March 2023 and loved the room we were given. From the minute we walked in, the hotel felt welcoming and cosy. The rooms are a good size, with great views of the mountains and old town. The décor is a bit out of date but everything was clean and it felt like you were at the doorstep to the alps. It wasn't clear whether the breakfast buffet was included in the room price or not and we were given a €60 euro bill when we left so that was a surprise, but the buffet was reasonable and provided a lot of great breakfast options! I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed in Sept 23 for 1 night as part of a hiking trip. Lovely traditional Bavarian hotel. Rooms large with nice showers and bedding. Great views out towards the Alpspize. Great breakfast and helpful staff.
Nice and clean hotel. Room was comfortable enough but quite bland. Blanket was not thick enough and pillows were uncomfortable. I shut the windows and curtains to make the room warmer, but the cleaner came in and re-opened everything. I would suggest a door handle sign that says whether or not a room requires service. Breakfast was ok -- scrambled eggs do not need to be cooked for so long, but juice and everything else was nice. Front desk service was exceptional. Location was far from bus stop and the restaurants I wanted to try, so I would take that in consideration when you are looking. There were also church bells every night, so bring ear plugs.
