The Filmstadt Bavaria film studios, south of Munich, are also a theme park that can be visited.
Did you know that The Neverending Story (1984) and The Perfume Story of a Murderer (2006) were partly filmed in the Bavaria Film Studios? Today the location is twofold: it is both a huge complex where hundreds of employees work daily on the production of TV films, TV shows and movies, and at the same time an entertainment venue that can be visited, with a 4D cinema. It is an important nerve centre of German media production. During the high season there is a daily guided tour in English.

Un bon moyen de découvrir les coulisses du cinéma de se mettre dans la peau de certains personnages et pour nous français de découvrir le décor d'Astérix

We had a good time even if we do not know everything was shot there. we have everything and enjoyed much the visit of the studios and 4d cinema. We opted for the visit in English and our guide spoke very French (a reality more!).
The best at Munich and around
