Munich's grand palace par excellence. As early as 1840, Ludwig I of Bavaria wanted to build a grand hotel befitting the power and splendor of the Bavarian capital. Today, it still encompasses the former Montgelas Palace. An exquisitely decorated spa completes the high-end offering. Leider war unsere Erfahrung im Hotel Bayrischer Hof enttäuschend. Der Herr am Empfang T****s Lind**r war äußerst arrogant, hochmütig und ignorant. Sein Verhalten war inakzeptabel und trug dazu bei, dass unser Aufenthalt alles andere als angenehm war. Wir hatten gehofft, auf Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität zu stoßen, aber stattdessen wurden wir mit Unhöflichkeit und Ignoranz konfrontiert. Wir können dieses Hotel aufgrund des schlechten Kundenservice nicht weiterempfehlen.
