The Mozambican chain Montebelo has built a small hotel occupying the 4th floor of the most important building in the city. Here, the en suite rooms are more pleasant. The rest of the building is occupied by the restaurant, offices and administrative services, as well as a number of shops, cafeterias and services such as telephone, Internet, supermarket... That's certainly the best place. Free transport to/from the airport. Internet corner upstairs.
