GARE ROUTIÈRE

At the very south, the bus station is separated from the city centre by the railway line and its station. We have to go around it from the east. The chapas leave on the 5 o'clock shots, as often in the country, except that here they are on time! From the north, towards Lichinga: 310 km, 6h30, 550 Mtn. From the south, towards Gurué: 160 km, 2h30 to 3h, 175 Mtn. From the east, towards Nampula (350 km, 10h, 430 Mtn). Nevertheless, in the end, the train is just as fast, cheaper and much more folkloric... But not frankly more relaxing!
