MAMA ALICE CHICKEN

Welcome to Mama Alice's, a cordon bleu in Ponta do Ouro whose specialty is chicken, the "real" African farm chicken in homemade sauces. You can also eat fish from the day's catch and seafood, always superbly cooked but simply, with rice or homemade French fries, but also an excellent mapata of course or nshima (corn puree). We like here the authentic flavors of the real Mozambican cooking, the small prices and the local decoration, and of course the warm welcome of Mama Alice.
