Since 1994 (27 years already!), Maria and Laurent have been opening the doors of their restaurant, a place that appeals to lovers of fine dining. Here, they make a point of delighting you with generous, local dishes, accompanied by garnishes that are sometimes a tad exotic. Almonds, ginger, lavender blossom and sweet potato provide the perfect accompaniment to farmhouse ribs, poultry supreme or roast duck breast. The menu leaves even the most gastronome of us undecided. Don’t leave without trying the tiramisu or another sweet treat. Don’t forget to make a reservation!
