Behind the incredible fish market of Maputo (to be visited), a dozen bars offer to cook fresh fish, lobsters, shrimps or crabs that you will have bought on the stalls. A large choice! We check the freshness of the fish by lifting the gills, where the gills must be of pink color. We agree on the negotiated price first, then we settle on the central tables. A waiter then offers to cook the delicious booty - well negotiate the price too. On weekends, the place is crowded: the wait can be long.

Nice but ask for information on the prices or better to buy fish market and make it cook DS restaurant because the bill can meadows quickly go up differently.
