Country bistro and wine cellar in Saint-Julien-le-Faucon, a village near Mézidon-Canon and 15 minutes from Lisieux.

In search of new flavors, we braved the roads of the Pays d'Auge and stopped off at Saint-Julien-le-Faucon. Our audacity was rewarded with a lovely discovery! The Pays d'Auge continues to surprise us with nuggets like this country bistro. Trained by Michelin-starred chefs, Pablo's menu is short, bistro-style at lunchtime and more bistronomic in the evening. With its terrace and attractive wine cellar, this place promises a peaceful atmosphere in fine weather. A fine address. Who says you have to be in town to enjoy a good meal?
