Beach in the southwest of the capital, highly frequented by locals to enjoy swimming and playing soccer

To the south-west of the capital, on the Prainha side, this beach is highly frequented by locals, especially at weekends. They come to indulge in the pleasures of swimming, playing soccer, jogging, exercising or simply relaxing with friends in one of the many bars and restaurants dotted around the area. Plans to restructure and build a new area with a marina have been in the air for several years, but to date, few new facilities have been built. Festive atmosphere on Sunday evenings.

Plage de ville, c'est la meilleure de Praia, grand parking, nombre de bars et restaurants, le sable est plutôt gris, c'est surveillée et fréquentée par quelques touristes et de nombreux locaux, pas d'ombre ici, l'eau me semble correcte mais avec l'assainissement! gare!!

Nous sommes allés nous y baigner un dimanche et avons pu en profiter en même temps que les cap-verdiens.
Bonne ambiance, beaucoup de personnes se baignent, des jeunes font des courses sur la plage, il y a des bancs de poissons et des vagues pour faire du body-surf. Un bon après-midi passé sur cette plage.
