Former residence of the court where the gaols adjoined the judge's home.
The construction of this castle began in the 12th century and in 1325 it was mentioned in an official document for the first time. Over the centuries, the castle has been enlarged and rebuilt in some places, but has retained its medieval features. The former court house with its gaols next to the judge's residence. The Köllemann family bought it in 1980. A collection of paintings by Nauders artists can be seen here. Guided tour on reservation.

Le chateau de Nauders a été utilisé comme bâtiment administratif avant d'être racheté par un propriétaire privé qui le restaure et organise les visites. La visite est agréable mais ne regorge pas de parties historiques. Les visites sont possibles les après midi les mardis, jeudis et dimanches uniquement.
