Alleys housing the splendid setting of the famous Schicketanz Batzenhäusl winery.

The Auracher Löchl and Römerhofgasse are beautiful parts of Kufstein's old town that are a must-see. The splendid setting of the famous cellar Schicketanz Batzenhäusl attracts many visitors, and rightly so. The cellar is dug out of the fortress and has a unique charm. In the Römerhofgasse, there is also a monument to Karl Ganzer (1920-1988), who is world famous for having composed the so-called Kufstein song, a folk song popular throughout the German-speaking area.
