A pastry shop that has become a real institution! A "reference point for people", some would say.... Indeed, the company, born in 1929, knows many celebrities, to whom it dedicates most of its creations. You will find Antoine de Caunes pie, Karl Zéro or Emma cake (De Caunes, too). Beyond their names, whose good taste could be discussed, the pastries themselves are truly delicious! You can also have lunch: quiches, puff pastries, salads... with an excellent tea and of course conclude with a sweet celebration. An essential address, to be tested!

A real must in Trouville, and always ready to help out! A local grocery store that sells (almost) everything, and is open (almost) all hours of the day and night, which we must defend, as it plays a fundamental role in the liveliness of the neighbourhood. But also, and above all, because its owner, Ahmed, is an exceptional shopkeeper who has been on the job six or even seven days a week, with a smile, for over fifteen years. Everyone knows Ahmed on Rue des Bains! Come and meet him at his place, where you can catch up on old times and do a bit of shopping!

The Saiter company, founded in 1887, is one of the local institutions. Six generations have succeeded one another behind the colourful stall, straight from the sea. We love it, especially as the family not only sells its fish and beautiful seafood but also creates recipes, such as ultra-fresh tartars or the famous Jeannette soup, invented by the grandmother of the same name in the 1960s and awarded several times. For a good dose of iodine!

An institution at Trouville! The boss, Gérard Bazire (nicknamed Gégé by the intimate), is a character, former boss of the Vapours, and one of the best wine merchants in France. It includes the best Calvados, names that you don't see elsewhere and, if you are lucky, the David cider, the best in the world.
