Restaurant offering original dishes and crispy specialties.
Facing the casino, not far from the promenade, feet in the sand at the Hourglass, there is only one step. And the visit is worth it: cosy decor, sobriety of good tone, warm atmosphere and menu side, there is everything for everyone, with original dishes and beautifully furnished plates. The menu favours local producers and the specialities are seductive: crispy Pont-l’Évêque with honey, parmentier de bar with small vegetables and lost brioche with salted caramel for the delicacies. There is a time for everything, Au Sablier is the time for happiness!

Obligé de finir les assiettes quand même pour le peu qu'il ya. On a même mangé la corbeille de pain. 26€ pour du pain ça fait cher.
La mousse au chocolat a du rester 3 jours au frigo vu la bouillie qu'on nous a servit...
Au prix de la salade ou de la pomme de terre, peut être en rajouter pour faire moins vide. + con que le patron ya pas !! Se trompe de plat, faut leur demander a chaque fois le pain, l'eau (chaude), de réchauffer nos plats ... Bah oui on est 2 et par servit en même temps ?!?!
