BASILICA OF ST. LAWRENCE (BASILIKA ST. LAURENZ)

Founded on the site of a temple in the ancient Roman city of Lauriacum, it has, according to the opinion of archaeologists, also succeeded a first basilica of the fourth century and a Carolingian church. Inside the Basilica is the two largest oil paintings in Upper Austria, dating from 1711 and 1726.
