Very, very original! This artisanal company gives confectionery a wonderfully poetic dimension. Flowers blossom into refined delicacies. Real petals and buds gathered from nature are crystallized in the Blüehendes Konfekt workshop to decorate and compose flower bonbons and flower chocolates so beautiful you hardly dare taste them. In the mouth, they melt and explode with flavor. There's no doubt that Michael Diewald is a unique confectioner and a bit of a magician. Tastings and workshops are regularly scheduled.
