The Piaristenkeller restaurant has two museums that you can visit after (or by appointment also before) the meal.
Musée du Chapeau de l'Emperor François-Joseph. As part of guided tours, you will have the opportunity to try the valuable objects from the collection of hats and the chef of the élite units of the Austro-Hungarian army cavalry, as well as elegant ladies hats. In this way, you will discover the nobility and charm of Vienna's society from the time the hats were at its peak.
House of the wine treasure. A somp-killer chamber in the treasure dedicated to his Majesty the Empress Elisabeth Ire of Austria, rare wines from states dependent on the crown and from three centuries, as well as the portrait of the Empress dressed in his Madeira travel dress in Horowitz - "the most beautiful portrait of my mother" from the inscription of 31.12.1898 in the intimate daughter's diary The Empress, the archduchess Valérie. Also in exhibition the table utensils, original menus of the Imperial Court and contemporary wines.
