Personnel très accueillant, nombreuses brochures et informations sur les activités viennoises, comme par exemple la liste des jours où se déroulent des retransmissions en extérieur en direct et gratuites des pièces d'opéra

À toutes mes visites, le personnel fut toujours patient, courtois et souriant. Il est possible d'y acheter quelques souvenirs "officiels" de la ville de Vienne.
