BAL DE L'OPÉRA ET BAL DES ROSES

Among the hundreds of balls in Vienna, here are two contrasting ones: the very traditional Opera Ball is held according to the rules of the art, in black and white, in a historic building. It is one of the most famous and popular Viennese balls. Just across the street, another historic and prestigious building, the Auersperg Palace, hosts the eccentric and colourful Rose Ball, the ball of the LGBT community. In 2021, both balls were scheduled on the same day. Rejoicing!
