Since a dragonfly landed on the roof of Vienna's Leopold Museum, the Museumsquartier rooftop has been open to the public. Designed by Ortner & Ortner, with the help of artist Eva Schlegel for the building's glass façade, and fellow artist Brigitte Kowanz for the light rings, this is one of Vienna's most spectacular rooftops. We love its design, aerial, panoramic (and privatizable) space! The Zur Libelle kiosk offers fresh, healthy drinks and snacks. Stay tuned for its program! Access free of charge.

Open every day except Tuesday from 10am to 10pm from early March to late October. The kiosk is closed in case of rain.

MQ Libelle is located in Vienna on the roof of the Leopold Museum, in the MuseumsQuarter, one of the world's leading centers for art and culture. This cultural terrace , withcapacity for 200 people, offers a unique view across the heart of the city to the Vienna mountains .Access is by turnstile and elevator, and is open during cultural and commercial events. It also hasa multi-purpose hall for conferences, gala dinners, wedding receptions , etc.Admission is free. However, you must follow all information, obligation and prohibition signs to ensure your safety.
