ALTE LAMPE

Vienna's oldest gay institution (since 1964!) is an old-fashioned piano bar with old charm… not to say that many of the clients have aged with him. The Die Alte Lamp is a very local colour, receiving a mix of diverse performances that go from the strip concert to the opera concert through the election of Mr. Lederhose (the famous short in Tyrolean leather), the traditional show show and Bear evenings. Everything on the background of old engravings, busts made of plaster and the famous old lamp.
