Thalia is a large German bookstore chain well established in Austria, which is somewhat reminiscent of the Cultura stores in France. There you can find books in all fields, articles for the fine arts, but also CDs and DVDs. The Thalia in the Mall in Wien Mitte offers wide opening hours, even on Sundays. But on Sundays, access is restricted to the book shelves only, which is enough for passengers who take their train and are looking for a book for the journey!
